The hotel and staff were amazing. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back again. It was my partners 60th birthday and the staff went out of there way to give us the best time. A particularl thank you to Chris. He was very professional and friendly and made us most welcome as did all the staff. The room was lovely and we were upgraded to a junior suite which was such a lovely surprise. We have stayed in many hotels all over the world. L'oscar is definitely now one of our favourites. Can't wait to come again.

L'Oscar London is an absolute gem and by far one of our favourite hotels. The staff is enormously friendly and helpful, they tend to your every need and really put their best foot forward to make your stay memorable. The rooms are the definition of luxurious comfort and the location is ideal: you can walk to nearby hotspots such as Covent Garden, take the tube on the corner or stop a taxi at the entrance of the hotel.

The place is very beautiful and the staff really make you feel like you are an honoured guest. The stay was for a birthday and they prepared a lovely surprise which we did not expect! Also upgraded the room for free, which was fabulous! Service wise I think it's the best 5 star hotel I've ever stayed in.

It’s dark and enveloping when you enter, it’s got a slightly dark magic / reading room vibe which is lovely. The feel of this hotel is special, and the staff are brilliant.
